Rua Al-Medina Holding Awards Ground Improvement Works for Superblock-5 to Ammico | KSA
Rua Al-Medina is a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) responsible for driving the tourism and cultural development of Medina.
The Superblock-5 Development comprises the construction of 18 hotel towers across three categories — three-star, four-star, and five-star — along with associated secondary infrastructure. The towers range inheight from 11 to 21 storeys.
Ammico’s scope of work includes ground improvement through the installation of rigid inclusions beneath the raft foundations of all 18 towers, covering a total area of approximately 42,000 m².
