Ammico’s scope of work included soil improvement through vibrocompaction. The objective of the works was to mitigate the potential for soil liquefaction and to enhance the bearing capacity of the ground. The improvement was carried out to a maximum depth of 17 m, treating a total soil volume of approximately 1,000,000 cubic metres.
