Bored cast-in-situ piles have application both as foundation piles for carrying vertical and lateral loads of the structures and as shoring piles for earth retention systems.

Ammico has the capability to install bored piles up to 3.0 m Diameter to a depth of more than eighty meters using both hydraulic rotary rigs and reverse circulation drilling. In the last few years Ammico has executed some of the most challenging geotechnical engineering projects in the GCC region involving installation of bored piles to depths exceeding 75m in extremely hard basalts and granites with UCS in the range of 100-200 Mpa
