Ground anchors are utilized as tie backs for shoring elements such as diaphragm walls, secant piles, contiguous piles, or soldier piles where excavation depths are high & cantilever walls are not economical & safe.

Ammico has unmatched experience in installation of permanent/temporary, and removable ground anchors & has installed thousands of anchors till date at various projects in various soil & rock conditions. At one of our major anchoring projects (Msheireb Station for Doha Metro Railway) ground anchors with proof loads of more than 380 Tons and lengths up to 55m have been installed for lateral support of deep diaphragm walls. These are probably the highest capacity and longest ground anchors installed anywhere to be used as tie back anchors.
